And the winner is .....
Mary Marketic! Mary, congrats and enjoy! I will email you with further information!
The winning entry:
A 'new baby' ~ 9 months of preparation, an excited mom, an excited dad and they live happily ever after. Ideal fairytale scenario but not the same storyline in this real life journey. Once upon a time there lived a beautiful single lady with long blond hair and big blue eyes. She enjoyed a career and an apartment in the city. She knew full well what it was like to live in the limelight but was sad because she had a big void in her life. Then one day the Heavenly Father heard her prayer and granted the desire of her heart. He blessed her with the ultimate privilege of adopting one of "His Kids". To make this happen ~ the young lady had to make a change, a sacrifice, a choice. She left her career, her comfort zone, her privacy, her very lifestyle, whatever it took to become the very best mother she could be. In exchange for that, God granted her a healthy beautiful 'brown eyed' newborn baby girl to raise as her very own daughter. She exchanged the city's bright lights for the country's gorgeous sunsets. Now bonded tightly together in love, the mommy and the baby girl live each day to the fullest and wait patiently for God's Prince Charming to complete this blessing knowing that they will live happily ever after! Oh and about that sacrifice ~ well if fades in the joy of the precious gift. This is not the end of the story ~ only the beginning!
Thanks to everyone for making this such a fun contest. We will have another one in a few months so check back soon!
