Dallas Photographer | A splash of PINK

I spent a few hours with this sweet family on Saturday and cant wait to meet little MISS C. Yep, this house in all it's boy blue is getting a splash of pink!! I do feel sorry for C, with brother like this I'm sure she can forget about dating....ever! Both W and R are excited about becoming big and bigger brothers. We got some cute laughs when R showed us his tummy like mommy!

Okay, so first off I'm having some trouble with the quality of photos on the blog. Aside from that, how lucky am I to have some fun time with this sweet little man? A just turned 2 and we had a fun, quick session with the tractors and trains. Those brown eyes are going to break some hearts!

Three!!! | Dallas Family Photographer

I've known this little guy all is life and it's fun to be celebrating another year with W! He is one of the best little guys I know and I'm so excited to see him become a big brother in a few weeks. So, when you have the opportunity to have one of your best friends baby bump along, the three year shots also became a fun way to mark this special time in the life of this family.

I love when friends are clients. It's such a fun experience. Its' even more fun when a client has a 5 day old for you to shoot. LOVE. Instantly. I had the honor of capturing one of C's first days and he was the perfect little guy. Look at that hair!

Its hard to believe that I'm writing this post when we are heading to the pool most days to avoid the heat. But, here we are. Its time to talk holiday!

This year we have designed two packages based on the feedback from last season. There is a little something for everyone. The packages are as follows:

Option 1 - $125.00
20 minutes
8-15 images in a secure online gallery
25 custom cards (discount on additional cards)
20% off prints and gifts

Option 2 - $200.00
20 minutes
8-15 images in a secure online gallery
CD of all images
20% off prints and gifts

As always we will take private sessions for $125.00 and will provide 1-2 hours of shooting with online gallery and same print discount. We have a limited amount of dates left so book now!!

We will shoot two dates in Frisco and two dates in Highland Park. The dates are as follows:

Frisco
October 17 8-9:20am - Frisco Heritage Museum
November 7th 3:20-5:20 - Central Park

Highland Park
October 3rd 8-9:20am - Lakeside Park
October 25th 4-6pm - Gore Park

We have had several requests for the Christmas Decor in Preston Center. If there is enough interest, I will add another date for that location.

In addition, KJ Studios is working on some beautiful custom cards. From the options you will be able to customize how many images you choose to the colors and layout. Its just another way we work to make your experience one of a kind.

I was lucky enough to spend some time with these two very special boys. I've known their mommy for a couple of years and have shared similar trials and it was such a joy to see her and daddy with their miracles.

The lover, N, was wide awake for most of our shoot. He melts you with those eyes.


The Fighter, E, has had a rough start at life but is thriving being home with his little brother and parents.

Dallas Photographer | Twice the fun!

Two of my favorite little ladies are turning ONE! It's been my pleasure to get to watch these two grow up this year. I was lucky enough to spend Friday morning and brave the heat with these too. I'm looking forward to two times the smash cakes at their birthday party on Sunday. I'm lucky enough to shoot that occasion too. Being a mom who lives in blue, its fun to spend some time in the land of tutu's and pink! Happy Birthday A and A!

They are great at showing the sisterly love! I just cant get enough of these two!
